4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellations made 60 days or more before departure: Full refund minus a $100 administrative fee.
• Cancellations made 31-59 days before departure: 50% refund of the total amount paid.
• Cancellations made 30 days or less before departure: No refund will be provided.
• We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances that may cause cancellation.

5. Travel Documentation

All travelers are responsible for:

• Ensuring they have valid passports with a minimum of 6 months validity beyond their return date.
• Obtaining any required visas, permits, or other documentation needed for entry to Canada or specific areas.
• Compliance with all health requirements, including vaccinations or medical certificates.
• Explore Canada is not responsible for any consequences resulting from failure to have proper documentation.
